Shipping & Returns

ORDER INFORMATION

Once your order is received, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax (where applicable). Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Sundays or holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the status of your order.
We currently offer FREE shipping to Canada and the US with a minimum purchase of $50.
Purchases made to Canada and the US under $50 will be charged a flat rate. We do not offer International shipping at this time. Please check back with us in the future.
7% Sales tax will be added to orders shipping within Manitoba. Orders shipped to other provinces in Canada will only be charged the 6%GST. Orders shipped to the U.S. will have NO sales tax.
At villin.com we use Canada Post Expedited parcel (2-7) days as our primary method of shipping within Canada, and Xpresspost to the U.S (3-5) days.
Shipping times will vary depending on where you are, but on average do not usually take longer than a week within Canada.
Please allow time for customs clearance when shipping to the USA. In most circumstances your order will be shipped out within 48 hours on regular business days. When shipping to the U.S. extra shipping charges may apply and we cannot be responsible for any extra duties or taxes that may incur on arrival. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of villin.com (including, for example, interruptions to the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

villin.com will only accept return requests within 3 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be unworn, all tags must be intact, and in original condition.
All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Returns or Exchanges must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges between sizes must be done within 14 days of the reception of the package. The item must not be worn, altered or washed and must have its original tags. You will not be charged the shipping fee for your first exchange. Follow the same Return Procedures below, and indicate on the form provided with your order what size you would prefer. If it is for a completely different item(s), we recommend that you place a new order, and return the item(s) you do not want.
Return Procedures:
1. Email customerservice@villin.com to request a Return Authorization number within 3 days of receiving your package.
2. Once Return Authorization number has been issued to the customer, send item back to villin.com with the Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the box and ship to:

3. All return shipments must be sent prepaid either via UPS, Fed Ex or insured USPS or Canada post Mail.
4. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of Return Authorization number.
Villin.com will credit the card on which the purchase was made for the returned item(s). Look for our email confirmation in reference to the status of your return.

Please Note:
• We do not refund shipping and handling charges unless villin.com made a mistake or your item(s) were damaged in shipping. If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the box and packing so we can inform the carrier of the problem. • Upon receipt of returned goods, villin.com has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements as stated above. • Villin.com will not accept returns that do not have a Return Authorization number clearly visible on the package, and will be denied receipt.
